CELLO/PIANO TEACHER
Liliana Dumain Galán was born in Sevilla, Spain in 1999. She began her cello studies in 2016 at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música Cristóbal de Morales where she remained for a year. In 2017 she moved to the UK to study cello with Sue Lowe in Yorkshire until getting a scholarship at Trinity Laban, where she is currently in her third year of a Bachelor’s degree. During her time in Yorkshire, Liliana also worked assisting the head of music at Queen Mary’s school, teaching young musicians and discovering a passion in music education. Liliana is currently studying with Derek Aviss and has enjoyed performing with her piano trio in London venues such as the Wigmore Hall in 2022.
