After School Club Teacher

Sofía Muñiz Mejuto was born in Vigo, Galicia.

She started playing violin at the age of 6.

Sofía participated in many masterclasses given by a great amount of skilled and famous teachers and musicians such as David Grimal, Lutsia Ibragimova, Simon Fischer, and Ingolf Turban.

From a very young age, she played in orchestras such as Orquesta Vigo 430, Galician youth Orchestra, and Ataúlfo Argenta Youth Orchestra.

Currently, she is working towards her Bachelor Degree at Guildhall School of Music and Drama with Akiko Ono.
